Our Addi Girl!

Addison's taking a little dance class & they had a christmas recital. She is loving it, especially her ballet shoes that she wears everywhere.

This is Addison's Batgirl cape that she works into any outfit most days. She loves being one of the boys getting the bad guys. She always makes us laugh.

Newest Addition to our Family!

This is "Chugs", our cute little dog we got from a neighbor 6 weeks ago. The kids are in love with him and find hours of entertainment playing with him. They run to the back door when they wake up and anytime we come home. Chugs loves to take Addi on walks (pictured below)! We don't really know a lot about dogs, so slowly but surely. I told the kids, as long as they help take care of him, we can keep him......we'll see how long that lasts!

The Holidays in Short!

New Year's Eve at uncle Don's. Always great food, great entertainment, & even better company. AJ banging pots and pans after a long night of fun & 1st annual Christmas tree bon fire.

Fun with cousin's.

The rediscovery of footy pajama's!

Christmas Day! We were lucky enough to have Grandma & Grandpa Oyler here for Christmas day which was a gift for me! AJ got a razor motorcycle that he loves, but is only allowed to drive on grass.......for now. Rocko got a new costume, lego's and a batcave where up their on his "favorites" list. Addi got a new kitchen from santa but loved the highchair grandpa made her baby, thanks dad!

We went to Williams Arizona to ride the Polar Express. It was so much fun, not just for the kids. We rode to the north pole while being served cooking and hot chocolate, singing songs and reading The Polar Express. All Aboard!

Sledding in Flagstaff with cousins!
Ammon & Addison
AJ was asked to be Joseph in the annual Candland Christmas Party
Playing football at Grandma's
Grandma & Grandpa Riggs got their mission call the Monterrey Mexico. They will be leaving in April & we will miss them. However, we are so grateful for their example of service in all they do, and the blessings it has brought our family. We will be cheering them on!

Weekend Away!

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore my kiddos and hubby. However, a girls gotta get out every once & awhile. It was Ammon's idea that I go meet the fam in utah for the weekend. What a sweetie. I'm not quite sure he knew what that would entail with the kids but he sure did awesome. He juggled carpooling, softball game, soccer practices, soccer games, coaching, primary program, school carnival, & church, all by himself. Needless to say the kids were clean and happy when I arrived home. I was able to go visit my friend Nicky in Utah , watch Chad play soccer, visit with family & watch an awful game of BYU football!

Brother Chad & friend Spencer
Mom, Dad, Chad & I - love the trees!
oh how i love my coco!

Fall Break Fun!

We decided since we weren't leaving town for the break that we would try to do a fun activity each day as a family!

Freestone Park
feeding ducks, picnic & rides
Rocko said "mom it's like disneyland & the train ride is like big thunder mountain"
Easily pleased!

Museum for Youth
(AJ's friend Landon from Boise came & played with us for the day!)

Miniature Golfing

Bowling & Arcade
Someone took this very seriously....... & he takes after his dad. We decided it wouldn't be smart to do our Christmas shopping here!

Disneyland here we come!

We decided to leave Addi home and take the boys to Disneyland. We opened and closed down the park both days. We were completely exhausted by the end of it, but it was well worth it! AJ's favorite was big thunder mountain & graduating from Jedi training by fighting Darth Vador himself!  Rockford's favorite ride was the submarine Nemo ride and It's a Small World, however, he was a good sport and went on Splash mountain  numerous times. Ammon's favorite was taking pictures with all the characters..Ha, Ha! I just loved feeling like a kid again and seeing the kids faces light up with excitement.
